By accessing or using VroomVroom, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our platform. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and VroomVroom.
VroomVroom is currently in a beta testing phase. This means the service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. You acknowledge that the service may be unstable, contain errors, or experience downtime. We do not provide any uptime guarantees or warranties regarding the reliability of the service during this period. Data loss may occur, and you use the service at your own risk.
VroomVroom is a car search aggregator that collects and displays listings from various South African marketplaces. VroomVroom is not a car dealer, broker, or seller. We do not own, inspect, or sell any vehicles listed on the platform. Any transaction or communication regarding a vehicle is strictly between you and the respective seller or marketplace where the listing originated.
To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
You agree to use VroomVroom only for lawful purposes. You are strictly prohibited from:
VroomVroom offers several tiers of service:
For dealer plans, the total user count always includes the initial admin account. This means a 3-user plan includes 1 admin plus 2 agents, an 8-user plan includes 1 admin plus 7 agents, and a 20-user plan includes 1 admin plus 19 agents.
All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable. Payments are processed securely via PayFast.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to your paid features until the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods or unused portions of a subscription, except where specifically required by the South African Consumer Protection Act.
VroomVroom aggregates listings from third-party websites. While we strive to provide accurate information, we do not verify the accuracy, completeness, or availability of any vehicle listing. We are not responsible for vehicles that have already been sold, incorrect pricing, typographical errors, or any other discrepancies in the listings provided by third-party sources.
To the maximum extent permitted by South African law, VroomVroom and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or in connection with your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
All content, features, and functionality of the VroomVroom platform, including text, graphics, logos, and code, are the exclusive property of VroomVroom and are protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any data or content you submit to the platform, but you grant VroomVroom a license to use that data as necessary to provide the service.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Cape Town, Western Cape.
